What is the purpose of a “Stakeholder Analysis”?

A Stakeholder Analysis is primarily conducted to identify and understand the needs and expectations of all parties involved in a project or process. This is crucial in Six Sigma and other methodologies because successful project outcomes often hinge on meeting stakeholders' needs effectively.
